The MCH Scholarship Fund is open to children of employees of the following EyeHealth Northwest East Portland Pod offices: Retina Group, Eastside Surgery Center, Gresham Eye Clinic, NE Glisan Office (formerly Providence Plaza Office), Milwaukie Business Office, and Eastside Optical Offices and Lab. Eligible applicants include graduating high school seniors, prior high school graduates (including GED recipients and home-schooled students), and college undergraduate students. Students must be enrolled at least part-time (minimum six credit hours) and may attend any Title IV eligible college or university in the United States. Filing the FAFSA or ORSAA is recommended, as financial need may or may not be considered. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
