The Maxine and Inza McDowell Scholarship is open to graduating seniors of Benson High School. Preference is given to students majoring in building/construction or journalism/communications. The scholarship may be used at any public or private nonprofit Title IV postsecondary school in the United States. Financial need is a consideration, and filing the FAFSA or ORSAA is required. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
