The Maxine and Inza McDowell Scholarship will be awarded to graduating seniors of Benson High School. Preference will be given to students who will major in building/construction or journalism/communications. Students may attend any public or private, nonprofit, Title IV, postsecondary school in the United States. February 15 is the Early Bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all materials to be submitted to OSAC.
