The Madison Charitable Fund will award scholarships to graduates of Elkton, North Douglas, Oakland, or Yoncalla High School. Preference will be given to graduates of Elkton High School. High school senior applicants must have a GPA of 3.00 or higher; and college student applicants must have a GPA of 2.50 or higher. Prior recipients may apply-compete annually. February 15 is the Early Bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all materials to be submitted to OSAC.
