The Kevin MacMillan Memorial Scholarship is a one-time award available to graduating seniors of Grant High School in Portland who plan to enroll full-time in postsecondary education. Financial need is considered, though filing the FAFSA or ORSAA is not required. Oregon residents and non-residents who list at least one Oregon institution on their FAFSA will have their records automatically received by OSAC. Others may optionally upload pages 1 and 2 of their FAFSA Submission Summary for financial need consideration. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
