The Officer Chris Kilcullen Memorial Scholarship supports U.S. citizens who are either current residents or graduates (including GED and home-schooled graduates) of specific county such as Eugene, Springfield, Creswell, and surrounding communities. Applicants should plan to pursue or currently be engaged in a service-oriented or community-focused career, or have demonstrated strong community service related to their field. Eligible students must be enrolled at least half-time in undergraduate study at Bushnell University, Lane Community College, or the University of Oregon. Financial need is considered, and FAFSA filing is required. The scholarship may be renewed annually for up to three years. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
