The Wallace G. Iverson Promise Scholarship will be awarded to graduating seniors from all public and private schools within the boundaries of Medford, Central Point, Eagle Point, and Phoenix/Talent School Districts. Applicants must be highly motivated to succeed despite personal challenges (e.g., family or health-related). Preference will be given to applicants who will attend Rogue Community College or Southern Oregon University. The scholarship is automatically renewable for one additional year if renewal criteria are met. Semifinalists will be interviewed by the selection committee and will be asked to provide a letter of recommendation, which must not be submitted with the application packet. February 15 is the Early Bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all materials to be submitted to OSAC.
