1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Margaret E. Hull Scholarship supports graduating seniors and prior graduates of Santiam Christian High School who have not yet attended college. Applicants must have a minimum high school GPA of 2.00 and reside in Benton County at the time of initial application (prior recipients reapplying are exempt from the residency requirement). Eligible students may enroll at any Title IV institution in the United States for undergraduate study, with at least half-time enrollment (6+ credits). Financial need is considered, and submission of the FAFSA or ORSAA is required. The scholarship is awarded through an annual competitive process and may be renewed for up to four years. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
