The Peter & Debra Higgins Memorial Scholarship for Veterinary Medicine will be awarded to students who are Veterinary Medicine majors. Preference will be given to those attending or will attend Oregon State University Carlson College of Veterinary Medicine. Financial need is not a requirement, but it may be considered. FAFSA/ORSAA filing is required. The scholarship is automatically renewable for up to four years if renewal criteria are met. February 15 is the Early Bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all materials to be submitted to OSAC.
