The Ruth Henderson Scholarship is for graduating seniors of Roosevelt High School who also graduated from Clarendon-Portsmouth or Cesar Chavez K-8 School in Portland. Preference is given to female students. Preferred majors are first in arts or music, and second in liberal arts. Filing a FAFSA or ORSAA is not required, as the scholarship is not based on financial need. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
