The Ruth Henderson Scholarship will be awarded to graduating seniors of Roosevelt High School. Applicants must have graduated from Clarendon-Portsmouth or Cesar Chavez K-8 School (Portland). Preference will be given to female students. First preference will also be given to applicants who will major in arts or music; and second preference will be given to applicants who will major in liberal arts. February 15 is the Early Bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all materials to be submitted to OSAC.
