The Carol and Floyd Hayner Scholarship is for graduates, including GED and home school graduates, of high schools in Jackson or Josephine County. Students must attend an Oregon public or nonprofit college located in Josephine or Jackson County. Preference is given to older, nontraditional students or those returning to college after a long absence. Preferred majors are in business or professional-related fields (excluding music or arts), and preference is also given to students pursuing careers in business or professional areas. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
