The Dorothy E. Grant Foreign Language Scholarship is for graduating seniors of Franklin High School who have completed three or more years of foreign language study at Franklin. Students may attend any 2- or 4-year public or private, nonprofit, Title IV postsecondary school in the United States. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
