1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Marjorie J. Reed "Best Friend" Scholarship is a one-time award for graduates of Douglas High School in Winston, Oregon, including GED recipients, who have not yet attended college. Applicants must enroll part-time (minimum six credit hours) at any accredited Title IV postsecondary institution in the United States, including public, private, nonprofit, for-profit, vocational, or trade schools. Financial need is a requirement, and FAFSA or ORSAA filing is mandatory. Non-Oregon residents who do not list an Oregon institution on their FAFSA must upload Pages 1 and 2 of their FAFSA Submission Summary. Prior recipients may apply and compete annually. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
