The John Conrad Diehl and Madeline Knutsen Hebbard Memorial Scholarship is available to graduating seniors of Reedsport High School who plan to enroll full-time in a postsecondary institution. FAFSA or ORSAA filing is required, and while financial need is not a strict requirement, it may be considered during the selection process. Prior recipients may apply and compete for the award annually. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
