The Carolyn Davies Memorial Scholarship is a one-time award available to graduating seniors of Burns High School or Crane Union High School. Eligible applicants must plan to enroll full-time in undergraduate study at any Title IV eligible college or university in the United States. Financial need is a consideration, and filing the FAFSA or ORSAA is required. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
