The Louise Minty Scholarship is a one-time award available to graduating seniors of Dallas High School who have earned a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00. Eligible applicants must plan to enroll at least half time in a postsecondary institution. This scholarship is not based on financial need, and filing the FAFSA is not required. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
