1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The D. E. and Jane Clark Scholarship is open to graduates (1995 or later) of high schools in Baker County, including North Powder Charter School and Powder Valley High School, who will be enrolling as college sophomores or above in undergraduate study for the fall term or semester. Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 3.00, enroll full-time, and submit the FAFSA, as financial need is considered. The scholarship is awarded through an annual competitive application process and may be received for a maximum of four years. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
