1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Clarke H. Carnes and Joe Ann Carnes Memorial Scholarship is available to graduates of Baker High School, North Powder Charter School, or Powder Valley High School who will be enrolling as college sophomores or above. Preference is given to applicants with a GPA of 3.00 or higher and those pursuing a medical-related major. Eligible students must be enrolled full-time at public or nonprofit institutions and submit the FAFSA; financial need may or may not be considered. The scholarship may be applied for annually and can be received for a maximum of four years. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
