The Burns Lions Club - Poteet Scholarship is open to graduating seniors of Burns High School or Crane Union High School who have attended either school for at least one year. Applicants and their parents must be residents of Harney County. The scholarship is not based on financial need, so filing the FAFSA is not required. Both academic (four-year) and vocational (two-year) awards are available. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
