The William D. Mearns Scholarship will be awarded to graduating seniors of Ashland High School. Applicants must major in education, nursing or a science-related field. Students may apply-compete annually as this scholarship may be received for a maximum of 4 years. February 15 is the Early Bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all materials to be submitted to OSAC.
