The Frank Dias Memorial Scholarship is a one-time $1,000 award available to U.S. high school seniors who are official residents and planning to enroll in a junior college, four-year university, trade school, or business school. Applicants must reside in Northern California, hold a minimum GPA of 2.5, and be active members of a Youth Council. Eligibility excludes individuals who are direct descendants, siblings, nieces, nephews, or first cousins of the donor.
