The Ryan "Munchie" Taylor Memorial Scholarship is a one-time $1,000 award for U.S. high school seniors who are official residents and preparing to enroll in a junior college, four-year university, trade school, or business school. Eligible applicants must be active members of Youth Council #24 in the Northern San Joaquin Valley, hold a minimum GPA of 3.5, and have served as a local or state Youth Officer while participating in the Youth Theatrical Program. Applicants must not be a direct descendant, sibling, niece, nephew, or first cousin of the donor.
