The Lyle & Helen Ostrander Memorial Scholarship will be awarded to graduates of Wheeler County high schools. This scholarship is automatically renewable if renewal criteria are met. Financial need may or may not be considered but filing of FAFSA is still required. Non-Oregon residents must upload Page 1 of their FSS (FAFSA Submission Summary) to be considered for this scholarship. This information is required for financial need consideration.
