The Lyle & Helen Ostrander Memorial Scholarship will be awarded to graduates of Wheeler County high schools. The scholarship is automatically renewable if renewal criteria are met. Financial need may or may not be considered but filing of FAFSA is still required. February 15 is the Early Bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all materials to be submitted to OSAC.
