The Lyle & Helen Ostrander Memorial Scholarship is available to graduates of Wheeler County high schools who enroll at least half time at a public or nonprofit college. Financial need may or may not be considered, but FAFSA filing is required. The scholarship is automatically renewable for recipients who meet renewal criteria. Non-Oregon residents who do not list an Oregon institution on their FAFSA must upload pages 1 and 2 of their FAFSA Submission Summary to be considered for financial need. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
