1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The John Lamar Cooper Scholarship will be awarded to graduates of Hood River County accredited high schools. High school senior applicants must have a GPA of 3.00 or higher; and college student applicants must have a GPA of 2.50 or higher. Students may apply-compete annually as this scholarship may be received for a maximum of 4 years. U.S. Bank employees, their children, and near relatives are not eligible. February 15 is the Early Bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all materials to be submitted to OSAC.
