1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Jean and Milo Puderbaugh Memorial Scholarship is open to graduating seniors and current undergraduate students who are graduates of Wallowa County public high schools. Preference is given to those pursuing a major in education. Eligible applicants must be enrolled full time in undergraduate study at any accredited public or private nonprofit Title IV institution in the United States. Filing the FAFSA or ORSAA is required, as financial need is a consideration. The scholarship is awarded through an annual competitive process and may be received for up to four years. Non-Oregon residents who do not list an Oregon institution on their FAFSA must upload pages 1 and 2 of their FAFSA Submission Summary to be considered. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC. Please visit the scholarship's website or contact the Oregon Office of Student Access and Completion for more information.
