The Howard and Edyth M. Hoedle Scholarship is a one-time award available to graduating seniors from Clatsop County high schools who plan to attend a public or nonprofit college. Applicants must submit the FAFSA, although financial need may or may not be considered in the selection process. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
