The Hall, Helen and John Seely Family Scholarship is open to graduates of Douglas County high schools who are pursuing full-time undergraduate or graduate study at any accredited nonprofit Title IV institution in the United States, whether public or private, two-year or four-year. Preference is given to students majoring in medical, nursing, or allied health-related fields. High school seniors must have a minimum GPA of 3.00. Non-Oregon residents who do not list an Oregon institution on their FAFSA must upload pages 1 and 2 of their FAFSA Submission Summary to be considered. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC. Please visit the scholarship's website or contact the Oregon Office of Student Access and Completion for more information.
