1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The HECC Employee and Dependent Scholarship is available to eligible employees of the Higher Education Coordinating Commission and their dependents. Children and dependents must be age 23 or younger as of the March scholarship deadline and must enroll full time, while employees must enroll at least half time. Applicants are required to file the FAFSA or ORSAA; financial need is not mandatory but may be considered. The scholarship must be applied for and completed annually and may be received for a maximum of four years. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
