The Harold and Wilma Haller Scholarship will be awarded to graduates of Wallowa County high schools who have not yet attended college. U.S. Bank employees, their children, and near relatives are not eligible. February 15 is the Early Bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all materials to be submitted to OSAC.
