1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The George A. Russill Community Fund is open to students who will enroll for the fall term or semester as a sophomore at a community college or as a junior or senior at a four-year institution. Applicants must major in City/Urban, Community, Regional Planning, Urban Education and Leadership, Community Organization and Advocacy, Public Administration, Public Policy Analysis, Political Science and Government, Urban Studies/Affairs, Legal Studies (undergraduate), or Public/Applied History. The scholarship is automatically renewable if renewal criteria are met. February 15 is the Early Bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all materials to be submitted to OSAC.
