The Flora M. Von Der Ahe Scholarship is for graduates of Umatilla County high schools. However, U.S. Bank employees, their children, and close relatives are not eligible to apply. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
