The Casey Diemert Memorial Scholarship is available to graduates of Roseburg High School, South Umpqua High School, Douglas High School, and Sutherlin High School. Eligible students must plan to attend a public or nonprofit college in Oregon or North Dakota. Financial need is considered for this scholarship, and applicants are required to file a FAFSA or ORSAA. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
