1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The William and Florence Schneider Scholarship is open to Jackson County residents and graduates, including GED recipients and home-schooled students of Jackson County high schools who are first-generation college students. Applicants must have a high school GPA between 3.5 and 3.9 and may attend any Title IV-eligible college or university in the United States. Financial need is considered, and FAFSA filing is required; ORSAA is not accepted. Non-Oregon residents who do not list an Oregon institution on the FAFSA must upload pages 1 and 2 of their FAFSA Submission Summary to be considered. The scholarship may be received for a maximum of four years through annual reapplication. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
