The Vivian Vickers Scholarship may be awarded to Lincoln County residents or graduates, including GED recipients and home-schooled graduates, of Lincoln County high schools. Applicants must have completed one year at an accredited college, university, or other postsecondary institution by the March scholarship deadline. Students must apply-compete annually as this scholarship may be received for a maximum of three years. February 15 is the Early Bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all materials to be submitted to OSAC.
