1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Vivian Vickers Scholarship is available to Lincoln County residents or graduates, including GED recipients and home-schooled students, of Lincoln County high schools who have completed at least one year at an accredited college, university, or other postsecondary institution by the March scholarship deadline. Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 3.00 and enroll at least half time. Financial need is considered, and FAFSA or ORSAA filing is required. The scholarship is awarded through an annual competitive process and may be received for a maximum of three years. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
