1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Roseburg High School Class of 1957 Scholarship is a one-time award available to graduating seniors of Roseburg High School who plan to enroll full-time at any Title IV-eligible postsecondary institution in the United States, including 2-year or 4-year colleges, public or private, nonprofit or for-profit, or accredited vocational/trade schools. Preference is given to applicants with a GPA of 2.75 or higher. Financial need is considered, and FAFSA or ORSAA filing is required. Non-Oregon residents who do not list an Oregon institution on the FAFSA must upload pages 1 and 2 of their FAFSA Submission Summary to ensure eligibility for need-based consideration. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC. Please visit the scholarship's website or contact the Oregon Office of Student Access and Completion for more information.
