The PITB Frank Riordan Scholarship is available to dependents of PITB employees or members. Oregon residency is not required. Applicants must be high school graduates, including home-schooled students. FAFSA filing is not required, as the scholarship is not based on financial need. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
