1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Oregon Spirit Scholarship is available to students entering the final year of an associate, bachelor's, or graduate degree program. Recipients may attend any two- or four-year public, Title IV postsecondary institution in Oregon. Students must be enrolled at least half-time (6 credits) in undergraduate or graduate study. While financial need is considered, filing the FAFSA or ORSAA is not required. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
