The Order of the Shield Scholarship will be awarded to a Frater who must be in good standing with his chapter or colony. Preference is given to a Frater serving or meeting his military obligation in the armed forces of his country. All of the TKE Foundation leadership and scholarship awards are for the benefit of active collegiate members of Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity as defined by The Black Book Article VI Section 2 unless otherwise specified.
