The Shenandoah Valley Amateur Radio Club Scholarship will be awarded to those who must hold a Technician Class or higher Amateur Radio Operators license. Preference will be given to applicants residing in the following Virginia counties: Page, Shenandoah, Warren, Clarke, City of Winchester, or the following West Virginia counties: Hampshire, Jefferson and Berkeley. If no qualified applicant is identified, the scholarship may be awarded to any applicant residing in Virginia who meets other eligibility requirements.
