The Richard G. Kirkpatrick, K8WU, Memorial Scholarship will be awarded to those who must be an Amateur Radio Operator pursuing higher education. Applicants must be holding an amateur radio license for at least 1 year. There are no geographical requirements. There are also no requirements for the student's fields of study.
