The BAC Local 3 Sullivan Kraw Scholarship will be awarded to current Bricklayers & Allied Craftworkers Local 3 California employees and members and/or their spouse, children and grandchildren. Qualifying member must have been a member in good standing of BAC Local 3 California for at least five years immediately preceding the date of application. Student applicants must be a current graduating high school senior, high school graduate or undergraduate planning to attend a college or university.
