The Multnomah County Deputy Sheriffs' Association Dependents Scholarship is for children, including stepchildren, of active or deceased Association members, with preference given to children of active members. Oregon residency is not required, and the FAFSA or ORSAA is not needed, as the scholarship is not based on financial need. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
