1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
Established by Mr. Carroll Brown in memory of his wife, Ruby A. Brown, who served East Tennessee for 25 years as a public health nurse, this fund benefits current public health nurses wishing to continue their nursing education. The Ruby A. Brown Memorial Scholarship is for adult students studying nursing, with preference given to those who have served or hope to serve the community as a public health nurse.
