1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Cornelia Valentine Murphy Memorial Scholarship is open to eligible members of Oregon AFSCME Council #75 and their dependents, grandchildren, and spouses; qualifying members must have been active in the Council for at least one year as of the March scholarship deadline or have held membership for at least one year prior to layoff, death, disability, or retirement. Part-time enrollment (minimum six credit hours) will be considered for active members, their spouses or life partners, and laid-off members, while all other awardees must be enrolled full time. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
