The Ernest Alan and Barbara Park Meyer Scholarship will be awarded to graduates of Oregon high schools. Applicants must be prior recipients of the scholarship and be students transferring or planning to transfer from a community college to a 4-year school in the same calendar year. No post-baccalaureates. Preference will be given to first-generation college attendees. Students may attend any four-year public or private college or university, or for-profit accredited university located in the United States. Students may apply-compete annually as this scholarship may be received for a maximum of three years. February 15 is the Early Bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all materials to be submitted to OSAC.
