The Virginia DAR Scholarship will be awarded to a student in the senior class of an accredited Virginia high school or home school program. They must plan to work toward an undergraduate degree in a field other than nursing. Students who are applicants to a community college transition program leading to a four-year degree may also apply. Applicants must submit a letter of recommendation from a teacher or guidance counselor. All required forms, transcripts and letters must be received in one envelope.
