1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Elaine Chapin Memorial Scholarship will provide funds to support the postsecondary education of a student(s) impacted by multiple sclerosis, either directly or as a family member. The scholarship fund will be awarded to deserving students. Recipients will be chosen on the basis of financial need, academic standing and the impact with which multiple sclerosis has affected their lives. Applicants must plan to enroll or are enrolled at an accredited two- or four-year college, university, vocational or technical school located in the United States. Applicants must be enrolled in a minimum of 12 credit hours per semester in course work leading to a degree, license or certificate. Applicants must reside within a 300 mile radius of our offices in St. Louis and proof of that residency will be required if you are chosen as a scholarship recipient.
