The AIST Foundation offers up to thirty (30) Steel Intern Scholarships valued at US$6,000 per year each. Applicant should be enrolled full-time in a four-year undergraduate or graduate program at an accredited North American University and an engineering major (metallurgy, materials science, chemical, electrical, mechanical, environmental, industrial, computer science, data science, safety). Essay should not exceed two pages in length. University Transcript (Provide High School Transcript if a current first-year university student.). Applicant must be a citizen of a NAFTA country (USA, Canada, Mexico). Two (2) recommendation letters are required. Letters can be from academia (advisor and/or another professor) or other professional. Letters must be submitted by the author to firstname.lastname@example.org.
