1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Curt Greene Memorial Scholarship honors the memory of Curt Greene, who served in many capacities in the Standardbred industry after working his way through school. A member of the Harness Racing Hall of Fame Communicator's Corner, Curt brought energy and enthusiasm to every position he held and this scholarship is intended for those who share his passion for racing. Applicants must have a keen interest in harness racing. Graduate students are not eligible. Applicants for HHYF scholarships must be at least high school seniors and preferably under the age of 25. The selection criteria for all of the scholarships include demonstrated scholastic achievement, including but not limited to the applicant's GPA; financial need; completeness of application, quality of essay, and video questions.
