1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Jack F. Tolbert Memorial Student Grant Program provides financial assistance to students attending or plans to attend approved private career schools in Maryland. Applicants must enroll for at least 18 clock hours per week. All majors are eligible. Applicants and their parents (if they are a dependent student) must be Maryland residents. Applicants must complete and file the FAFSA by March 1, 2025 for priority consideration or before June 1, 2025 for final consideration. Then, applicants must apply for the grant to the financial aid office of the private career school they will attend. This application has a rolling deadline. The award may be renewed one time.
