1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Potato Leadership, Education, and Advancement Foundation (Potato LEAF) will award an academic scholarship to one graduate-level student conducting research benefiting the potato industry. The winner is selected based on several criteria, including academic achievement, leadership abilities, research in potato-related areas, benefit to the U.S. potato industry, commercial value, extracurricular activities, and grades. Eligible applicants must hold a bachelor's degree and are completing either a master's or doctoral degree. Applicants must provide the names and contact information for two references appropriate to their research and outreach activities. These references may be contacted should the applicant become a finalist. Applicants must also submit a letter of recommendation from one of their listed references.
